Affiliate
An entity in the same corporate group as Jamie Parish Hooper, including any company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with that group.
Business user
An individual or legal entity using the services for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes, rather than as a consumer.
Consumer
An individual who uses the services for personal, non-commercial purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. This includes consumers as defined in Regulation 4 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Copyright
