Web Design: service-specific additional terms
- Project scope: Deliverables are defined in writing before work starts. Any scope change may require a revised timeline or fee.
- Client content: You are responsible for providing accurate text, media, approvals, and permissions for anything you ask us to publish.
- Revisions: Revision rounds are agreed at project start. Requests outside agreed rounds may be quoted separately.
- Third-party tools: Hosting, plugins, domains, themes, and third-party software are subject to their own terms and pricing.
- Launch and handover: Responsibility transfers at handover unless ongoing support is included in a separate agreement.
Web Analytics: service-specific additional terms
- Implementation: Tracking plans, event setup, and reporting structures are based on available platform capabilities and data quality.
- Data sources: Analytics outputs depend on third-party systems and user consent signals, so some data may be delayed, sampled, or unavailable.
- Insights and recommendations: We provide analysis and strategic recommendations, but business outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Compliance: You remain responsible for lawful data collection and notices on your properties; we support implementation in line with your instructions.
- Access and continuity: Ongoing reporting requires maintained access to relevant analytics, ad, and tag-management accounts.
